I did get my refund in the end, but it took way longer than I expected. It was frustrating having to wait around for it.

I ordered a set from venishe.com it did look close to the photos, so I was excited to try it on. But after wearing it for a bit, the fabric felt kind of stiff and a little itchy, which made it hard to actually enjoy.
The sizing was also a bit weird on me, tight in some areas and loose in others. It’s not the worst purchase ever, but I don’t see myself reaching for it much. Has anyone else had the same issue with their sizing or fabric feel?

I saw the discounts and thought, okay, maybe this will actually be a good deal. But then I checked the final prices and just sat there like… wait, this is still expensive. It didn’t really feel like a sale at all, more like a tiny price drop dressed up as a big discount.

Venishe is good overall, but also kind of frustrating. I found a few things I really liked, which made me want to keep browsing, but then some of the items I actually wanted were out of stock. I like the options they have, but at the same time it feels like they don’t update availability often enough. I’d probably still check again, just not with super high expectations.

My order showed up in a crushed box that was barely taped shut, and everything inside was sliding around like it hadn’t been packed properly at all. I expected better from VeniShe. I’m not happy with how it arrived, and I do think some kind of compensation or resolution is fair here.

I ordered a top from venishe.com because the photos made it look like this really soft beige shade, which was exactly what I wanted. But when it showed up, it was more of a yellowish cream color, and it just didn’t match the vibe I had in mind at all.
The fabric itself was fine and shipping wasn’t a problem, so I was trying to be chill about it. Then I put it next to the website photo and suddenly I was like, wait, absolutely not. The color difference was disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order again unless they start showing more real-life photos

I ordered this thinking it would fit like my usual size, since I pretty much always stick with the same size when I shop online, especially when I’m just grabbing something quick. It ended up running a little small on me, so I’d probably size up if I ordered again.

I ordered a dress from venishe.com because the photos made it look really cute, but what showed up was so disappointing. The color wasn’t the same, the fabric felt cheap, and the fit/shape looked completely different on me. It felt like the pictures were selling a totally different dress. When something arrives that far off, it gives that “they made it my problem” feeling, like now I’m stuck dealing with it. I feel misled and wouldn’t order from them again.

I emailed customer service and then just... nothing. Days went by with no reply, and it felt like my message had been launched into outer space. I wasn’t asking for the moon, just a basic response, but apparently that was too much

The order tracking technically worked, but it wasn’t great. They made it sound like I’d get clear, timely updates, but that really wasn’t the case. I tried ordering from venishe.com and the whole checkout thing was just a hassle. The page was dragging, then my payment failed once with basically no explanation, which was annoying.

It did go through when I tried again, but having to re-enter some details felt like dealing with a little checkout gremlin. Not the worst site ever, but that part definitely needs work.
